Wed. 14 Nov. : Merger of Agence de l’innovation industrielle (AII) with OSEO. It will take effect on January 1, 2008.

Thanks to this one-stop shop, the aim is to strengthen the French SMEs and VSEs by providing assistance and financial support to them in the most decisive phases of their life cycle : start up, innovation, development, business transfer / buy out. By sharing the risk, it facilitates the access of SMEs to financing by banking partners and equity capital investors.
