What’s Web 3.0 going to revolutionize ?

About fifteen days ago in Nouvel Ouest magazine…

“Even with the growth of the Web 3.0, the Web 2.0 Expo took place in Berlin last November. The blogger Jean-Michel Billaut went there with the Invest in Western France’s delegation.” I let you appreciate this article which tells about what happened during these few days in Berlin.

I use this occasion to ask you what’s this strange Web 3.0 because I pointed out the Tim O’Reilly’s conclusion in the article and I wanted to know a bit more about it. But, when I searched something simple as who has created the Web 3.0 I couldn’t find any answer! No matter. I kept on searching and I stayed on this definition which seems quite popular: “the Web 3.0 is a system ables to give a question a rational and complete answer” (Source: Vers le web 3.0?) According to my previous request about the author, may I conclude we are not in the Web 3.0 yet…

So, for you, what is the Web 3.0 going to revolutionize? Will the users definitely take the complete power of the web? Will the content change?
